And then can you feel that way about yourself now?
If you want to lose weight, for most people that is a major goal, because you want to feel sexy, confident, happy, etc, can you feel those feelings now about your body?
The more you feel good about yourself now, as you are, the more you will make healthier decisions and reach your goal faster. If you despise your body and want it to change, you are waiting to give yourself love until you meet your goal, the process will be slow, you will yoyo with your diet because you don't see the value in your amazing body right now.
