This gluten and dairy-free pasta will keep you full and energized for your day!
3-5 Brussel Sprouts
Pepper and Salt to taste
Sesame seed oil to taste
Boil water and cook pasta. Drain and cover to keep warm.
Cut up shrimp, shallot, green onions, garlic and brussel sprouts.
*I shredded my brussel sprouts with a table top shredder:
Warm pan with olive oil and add vegetable mix. Cook until brussel sprouts are soft.
Warm up pasta sauce in separate pan.
Combine and enjoy!
