I believe mindful eating goes way beyond looking for the cue of feeling full.

It includes being grateful for the food you are enjoying, breathing and slowing down to support your digestion and lower your stress, acknowledging your self worth to take the time to eat, making yourself a priority, chewing, tasting, and experiencing your food, and so much more!
